Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on, field-based role working on a variety of properties including homes, apartment complexes, and commercial buildings. No prior experience is required—we will provide training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Perform exterior cleaning services including:
• Window cleaning
• Pressure washing
• Soft washing
• Gutter cleaning
• Set up and operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow safety procedures while working on ladders and roofs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and job sites
• Communicate professionally with clients when needed

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
• Comfortable working at heights (ladders, roofs)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
