Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within our facilities. This essential role ensures that all office spaces, common areas, restrooms, and workstations are kept spotless and organized, supporting a productive and healthy workplace. The ideal candidate will bring energy to their work, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and take pride in creating a pristine environment for colleagues and visitors alike. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of office spaces, including desks, chairs, windows, and surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring proper disposal of waste. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors regularly to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety. Handle trash removal and recycling duties efficiently across all designated areas. Conduct routine janitorial tasks such as dusting surfaces, cleaning glass doors and partitions, and disinfecting high-touch areas. Use commercial cleaning equipment like buffers and floor scrubbers to maintain floor care standards. Assist with light custodial duties related to facilities maintenance or minor repairs as needed. Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles within commercial or residential settings. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing floors. Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and custodial equipment operation. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow cleaning protocols precisely. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining efficiency. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
