The Daughters of Charity, provides a safe, welcoming home for the retired Sisters of the Daughters of Charity Ministries. Our team plays a vital role in creating an environment where Sisters feel respected, through independent living, assisted living and memory care. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Janitor to support the daily upkeep and safety of our campus in Menands, NY. This role reports to the Facilities Director. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in facilities or custodial work is preferred. Candidates must also possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. What You'll Do Perform routine cleaning and other manual tasks May include sweeping, dusting, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming and washing surfaces Maintain the general cleanliness and upkeep of assigned areas Perform commercial laundry duties Trash removal

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, some weekends and holidays required

Physical Demands:
