Overview Colonial Laundromats is looking for a reliable, hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Technician to help keep all of our 36 locations clean, safe, and running smoothly. This role combines custodial work, exterior property clean up, and light maintenance. Travel between the corporate office and all Colonial Laundromat locations is required. This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in their work, likes variety day to day, and is comfortable working independently across multiple sites. Responsibilities Perform routine custodial duties at each store location as part of our 10pt cleaning list (washers/dryers, lint screens, bathrooms, trash removal, mopping, etc.) Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers Interior and exterior window cleaning Shovel and salt side walks as needed in winter months Handle light maintenance and repairs (clean out washer drains, fix coin jams, unclog toilets, set fixtures, etc.) Travel between all Colonial Laundromats locations using a company-provided vehicle Identify and report larger maintenance or repair needs to management Excellent customer service Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required — you'll be driving a company vehicle between sites) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to bend over to clean lower lint screens Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working with minimal supervision Willingness to work a Friday-Tuesday schedule Prior maintenance, custodial, or handyman experience is a plus, but not required — we're willing to train the right person Ability to pass background check (must be able to travel outside Onondaga County) Company Overview Colonial Laundromats has been family owned and operated since 1983 - we pride ourselves on providing our customers with big, bright, clean facilities for them to come do their laundry in!
