In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of our property during nighttime hours. Your proactive approach will ensure a welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike, while adhering to safety protocols and sanitation standards. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of building floors, common areas, corridors, elevators, stairwells, offices, and loading dock areas. Perform routine and deep cleaning duties according to established schedules and building standards. Safely operate custodial equipment, including floor buffers, vacuums, and other cleaning tools. Safely handle cleaning chemicals and perform lifting/manual handling using proper safety procedures. Maintain a clean, sanitary, orderly, and hazard-free environment. Properly maintain and store janitorial equipment and supplies. Provide professional and courteous customer service to tenants, staff, visitors, and vendors. Report spills, hazards, damaged equipment, and maintenance issues promptly. Work independently with minimal supervision while following all safety and sanitation procedures. Perform additional cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned. This position is Monday
  • Friday 5:30pm
  • 1am. Union Position
  • This position is covered under Local 32BJ .
Compensation and wage escalations are governed by the applicable union agreement. Benefits are provided in accordance with the applicable union agreement.
Pay:
$24.00
  • $32.
