Room Cleaner

Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of hygiene. Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest comfort. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs, adhering to health and safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness of common areas like hallways, lobbies, and stairwells by sweeping, mopping, and trash removal. Handle special cleaning requests efficiently and report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies safely while following established procedures for floor care, buffing, and industrial cleaning when necessary. Support overall facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting as needed to keep the environment welcoming. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles preferred; experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is highly valued. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and industrial cleaning methods. Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as basic repairs or residential painting is a plus. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts.
