Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Perform a variety of janitorial duties, including cleaning, maintenance and repair work.
• Perform tasks that require medium to heavy physical labor.
• Assist with grounds maintenance activities, including snow removal, lawn mowing, and upkeep of areas including sidewalks, yards, and driveways.
• Safely operate and utilize appropriate tools, equipment, and materials necessary to complete assigned tasks.
• Perform other related duties as assigned under the supervision of the Supervising Janitor.
• Following established procedures, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for assigned tasks.
• Participating in job-related training and professional development opportunities.
