Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties across multiple commercial sites, including offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities Handle various cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal with precision and care Operate cleaning equipment including floor buffers, scrubbers, and other custodial tools to ensure optimal results Safely handle chemical agents following safety protocols for sanitation and floor care procedures Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of supplies, equipment, and waste materials while adhering to safe lifting practices Maintain cleanliness standards by performing routine inspections and addressing areas needing attention promptly Follow all safety protocols related to chemical handling safety procedures and facilities maintenance Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial settings preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and industrial cleaning tools is advantageous Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures related to chemical agents handling is highly valued Experience in industrial cleaning or porter roles can be beneficial but not mandatory Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients Join us at NightRider Janitorial Services LLC to be part of a dedicated team that values quality work, safety, and professional growth.
