Job Overview Green-N-Cleen Services LLC is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Evening Commercial Cleaner for a recurring office-cleaning assignment in Tarrytown, New York. This is a part-time W-2 employee position paying $20.00 per hour. We are seeking someone who is punctual, professional, able to follow detailed instructions, and committed to maintaining consistent attendance and high-quality cleaning standards.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize offices, common areas, restrooms, and break areas Empty trash and replace liners Dust desks, furniture, fixtures, ledges, and accessible surfaces Vacuum carpeting and floor mats Sweep and mop hard-surface floors Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces Restock approved restroom and facility supplies Follow the assigned cleaning checklist and scope of work Report maintenance concerns, property damage, and supply shortages immediately Follow all building-access, key-control, alarm, and security procedures Secure the assigned work area after completing service Follow Green-N-Cleen safety, chemical-handling, and quality-control procedures

Qualifications:

Commercial or office-cleaning experience is preferred Dependable evening availability Reliable transportation Strong punctuality and attendance Ability to work independently after completing training Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Professional appearance and communication Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to approximately 30 pounds Must complete required employment documents and applicable screening
