Technicians operate company vehicles, use specialized cleaning equipment, interact directly with customers, and deliver high-quality service while maintaining safety and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Perform carpet, upholstery, and hard-surface cleaning services at residential and commercial locations. Operate and maintain company vehicles and cleaning equipment. Inspect areas to be cleaned and explain services to customers. Move furniture and prepare work areas for cleaning. Apply cleaning solutions and operate extraction equipment to remove dirt, stains, and odors. Complete post-cleaning inspections to ensure customer satisfaction. Process customer payments and provide receipts. Promote and recommend additional services and products when appropriate. Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and equipment inventory. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Safely drive the vehicles to each site. Make professional recommendations to clients. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. (3 Year exp min) (Clean record refers to accidents/injuries, Moving violations, suspensions, and points) Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 pounds. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous cleaning, restoration, or service-industry experience is a plus but not required. Paid training provided.
