Job Overview:

As a Porter, you will be expected to fulfill all janitorial duties. This position requires a detail-oriented and hardworking individual who is committed to upholding cleanliness and maintaining the overall appearance of our facility. A friendly demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this role. (Shift Time) 7AM-3

PM Responsibilities:

Janitorial Duties:

Sweep, mop, and wash floors Clean stairs, locker rooms, and restrooms Vacuum and dust various areas Maintenance Tasks Remove trash and cardboard Blow parking lots and manage snow removal from sidewalks and parking lots Stock shelves and replace light bulbs and HVAC filters

Member and Guest Relations:

Maintain positive relationships with gym members and guests

Qualifications:

2 Years of Experience Required Previous janitorial or maintenance experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to handle physical tasks and work in varying conditions
