In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, safety, and maintenance of our facility's infrastructure and equipment. Your expertise will help create a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for all staff and visitors. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills across a variety of maintenance tasks, from area rug cleaning to building interior upkeep, while supporting the overall facility operations. Duties Clean and organize facility Ensure all equipment is maintained Clean and wash fleet Stock fleet for following day Fuel up and park fleet Clean Area Rugs Assist in picking up and delivery of area rugs Preform Daily/Weekly/Monthly check lists Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork collaboration. Leadership qualities that enable guiding junior team members or assisting in training efforts are desirable. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards.
