Paid Weekly TP Construction is currently hiring Post-Construction Cleaners to perform detailed cleaning in finished or near-completed buildings and prepare apartments and common areas for final turnover. Job Responsibilities Perform detailed post-construction cleaning in finished or near-completed buildings. Clean floors, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, fixtures, cabinets, and other finished surfaces. Remove construction dust, dirt, stickers, labels, adhesive residue, and other construction-related debris. Clean and wipe down doors, frames, baseboards, countertops, appliances, and other installed finishes. Prepare apartments, hallways, and common areas for inspection and final turnover. Identify areas that require additional cleaning and complete touch-up work as needed. Use cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment safely and properly. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Follow site safety procedures and supervisor instructions. Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to complete required employment eligibility verification. Valid OSHA 30 Construction Safety Card required. Must be available to work full-time, approximately 40 hours per week. Previous post-construction, residential, commercial, or detailed cleaning experience is preferred. Must have strong attention to detail and be able to identify areas that require additional cleaning. Must be reliable, responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions. Ability to perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying cleaning supplies and equipment. No employee benefits are currently offered for these positions.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
