A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Job description: Looking for a cleaner to join a team to maintain cleanliness and order within our client's facility. This position is Monday thru Friday from 5pm to 9pm in the evenings. Background check is required. Responsibilities helping to make sure that general cleaning is completed for your designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, etc.) Notify manager of anything that may need to be repaired. Stock and maintain supply rooms Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Proven working experience as a cleaner/custodian Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Ability to help out where it is needed Dependable with a strong work ethic
