What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

We are looking for a career oriented Maintenance Technician I to join our team at The District at Ashland in Ashland, OH!! The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.
What We Offer:
- Pay of $20.00-$23.00
- PLUS quarterly bonus up to $750.00
- $100.00 on-call bonus

- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- At least 40 hours per week
- On-call rotation every other week ($100 bonus)
