• Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Janitorial Worker to join our facilities team.

This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned spaces Empty trash and recycling bins Restock supplies as needed Perform routine inspections of assigned areas Report maintenance or safety issues promptly Follow all safety and cleaning protocols Qualifications Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Batavia, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
