Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Cleaning Technician and play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for executing cleaning tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards and quality expectations. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected according to health and safety protocols Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to maintain operational readiness Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistent quality across all assigned areas Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for immediate resolution Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by inspecting work areas regularly and addressing any missed spots or deficiencies Use environmentally friendly cleaning products whenever possible to promote sustainability Experience Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts comfortably Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is a plus but not mandatory Join us in creating clean environments that inspire confidence!
