Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.
•Job Summary We are seeking dependable Commercial Cleaning Coverage Technicians to assist with commercial cleaning assignments throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. This position is ideal for individuals looking for flexible work opportunities and supplemental income. Assignments may include routine account coverage, special projects, initial deep cleans, post-construction cleaning, floor care services, and other commercial cleaning needs. Opportunities are offered based on business needs, and technicians may accept assignments based on their availability. There are no guaranteed hours. Responsibilities Perform commercial cleaning services according to company standards and client expectations Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize assigned areas Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, offices, classrooms, common areas, and other facility spaces Remove trash and replace liners Spot clean glass, doors, and touch points Complete deep cleaning assignments as needed Assist with post-construction and turnover cleaning projects Report maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards observed on-site Maintain professional communication and appearance while representing the company Follow site-specific instructions and security procedures Qualifications Previous cleaning experience preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail Reliable and dependable Professional attitude and positive work ethic Comfortable working at different locations throughout the service area Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently Must have a smartphone for communication and scheduling Ability to pass a background check Requirements Reliable transportation required Valid driver's license preferred Ability to pass a background check Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull cleaning equipment and supplies Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical cleaning tasks for extended periods What We Offer Starting pay of $25/hour Flexible scheduling Ability to accept assignments based on your availability Opportunities to work a variety of commercial cleaning projects Professional and supportive work environment Potential for recurring assignments based on performance and reliability
