In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our commercial space, supporting overall facility operations, and creating a positive environment for staff and visitors alike. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help uphold our high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance. Status - Non exempt This is a part time position. Duties Perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation to maintain a pristine environment. Conduct routine floor care such as mopping, sweeping and vacuuming to ensure floors are spotless and well-maintained. Support custodial duties including window washing and light maintenance tasks. Assist with facilities maintenance activities such as minor repairs, painting touch-ups, and equipment upkeep to support operational efficiency. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory, restock materials as needed, and ensure proper storage of equipment. Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to create a safe working environment for all staff and visitors. Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings. Experience with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during shift hours.
