Euclid, OH Lead a Team. Make an Impact. Grow With Us. A Quality Facility Services is hiring an experienced 2nd Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a team at our Euclid facility. We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, hands-on, and ready to take ownership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with supervisory or team-lead experience who wants to grow with a company that promotes from within. What You'll Do Lead and support employees during the 2nd shift Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure company standards are met Train, coach, and motivate team members Perform quality inspections and final walk-throughs Correct issues and ensure the facility is clean, organized, and professional Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment Monitor labor hours and help control labor costs Conduct daily team huddles and weekly meetings with management Communicate schedule, policy, and procedure changes to employees Address customer concerns professionally Identify employees with potential for additional responsibility and advancement Ensure employees have the supplies and equipment needed to perform their jobs Work alongside the team and assist with hands-on cleaning when needed Partner with management to deliver excellent results for our clients What We're Looking For Previous supervisory, leadership, or team-lead experience strongly preferred Reliable transportation Clean driving record Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and make decisions Stable work history Ability to manage inventory and labor hours Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus What We Offer 401(k) with employer match Paid training Uniforms provided Health insurance available to eligible employees Paid Time Off Sick time 10 paid holidays Referral bonuses Career advancement opportunities Annual company celebration Why Join A Quality Facility Services?
