Open Until Filled The Fairview Park City Schools has an opening for a First Shift Sweeper/Cleaner at the Middle School / High School. This is a six (6) hours per day (11:00 AM

•5:30 PM), 5 days per week (Monday

•Friday), 186 work-day schedule per year (student days) position.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma Have a valid Ohio Driver License Friendly and polite demeanor Ability to work well with staff, students and parents Evidence of exceptional attendance and work record Previous sweeper/cleaner experience preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work at a fast pace when required Evidence of good health and hygiene Be of good physical stature and able to lift 50 pounds and perform jobs that require bending

GENERAL DUTIES

Perform general cleaning of the classrooms and buildings Mix and use cleaning materials properly and according to directions Work safely so as not to expose self or others to unsafe conditions Use cleaning equipment in a safe and proper manner Open and close facilities as required Respond to requests of supervisor in a timely manner

RATE OF PAY

Pay scale starts at $17.98 per hour (proper placement based on negotiated agreement)
