Competitive pay Consistent weekday schedules Full-time and part-time opportunities available Paid training Stable, year-round employment Opportunities for advancement Supportive leadership team Positive and respectful work environment Independent work with clear expectations Rewarding work that helps clients maintain clean, safe, and professional facilities What You'll Do Cleaning & Facility Maintenance Clean offices, workspaces, break rooms, and common areas Empty trash receptacles and replace liners Clean interior glass, windows, and windowsills Vacuum carpets and rugs Sweep and mop floors and stairways Dust surfaces and remove cobwebs Maintain a clean and professional appearance throughout assigned facilities Follow all customer and building-specific cleaning requirements Restroom Cleaning & Stocking Clean and sanitize restrooms Restock paper products, soap, and other supplies Ensure facilities remain sanitary, organized, and fully stocked for client use Daily Responsibilities Arrive on time and ready to perform assigned duties Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies Keep janitorial closets clean, organized, and stocked Report maintenance concerns or safety issues to management Deliver quality work that meets City Wide and client expectations What Makes Someone Successful? Strong attention to detail Reliable and dependable Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and stay on task Pride in maintaining clean and organized facilities Excellent attendance and punctuality Customer-service mindset Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED required Must successfully pass a background check Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, or custodial experience preferred, but not required Ability to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions Ability to follow building-specific and customer-specific protocols Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation to assigned job locations Must be comfortable using cleaning equipment and supplies Must be comfortable working at heights and using ladders when necessary Must demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work Physical Requirements This position requires regular physical activity throughout the workday, including: Standing and walking for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, stretching, and repetitive cleaning motions Lifting, carrying, and moving cleaning supplies and equipment Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Ability to safely perform cleaning duties in various commercial environments Schedule Monday through
