Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, plastering, drywall installation, and surface repairs in accordance with safety regulations and project specifications Apply paint using brushes, rollers, spray guns (including airless paint spraying and conventional spraying), ensuring even coverage and adherence to color theory principles Operate power tools and hand tools safely for surface preparation, fixture installation, or minor carpentry tasks such as framing or remodeling Use ladders safely to reach high areas while adhering to safety protocol guidelines including respiratory protection measures Perform routine cleaning duties post-project completion to maintain a safe and organized work environment Preparing units for new tenants Experience Proven experience in construction site environments with a focus on residential or commercial painting projects Knowledge of construction estimating processes related to paint quantities and surface preparation costs is a plus Familiarity with construction painting surface preparation techniques including drywall finishing, stucco application, caulking, and plastering Hands-on experience with various painting methods such as brush painting, roller painting, spray painting (including airless systems), and coating applications Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately for precise project execution Experience working safely on construction sites utilizing proper safety regulations including respiratory protection and fall prevention measures Basic math skills for measuring areas and calculating paint or coating requirements Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to transforming spaces with quality craftsmanship!
