What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
General Property Solutions specializes in the maintenance and day-to-day upkeep of commercial properties in Northwest Ohio. We are looking for an experienced porter / maintenance tech to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities Including but not limited to:
- Daily grounds maintenance
- Picking up litter
- Changing trash liners
- Power Washing
- Pulling and spraying weeds
- Junk Removal
- Painting
- Filling potholes
- Various maintenance tasks and repairs
- Property inspections
- M-F availability. Occasional nights / weekend
- Part time (20-30 hours). Full time possible for right candidate Qualifications
- Hard working, reliable and independent working individual
- Experience in maintenance or grounds management field
- Clean driving record. Company truck provided.
- Morning part-time availability, full time possible
- Ability to use smart phone or device to close work orders and take/send pictures
- Pay scale based on experience and skills
