Shift:

Mon, Wed, Fri Additional $2.00/Hr. Bonus Works individually or in teams with minimal supervision. Attention to safety requirements is essential when working around machinery and fixtures. The work environment is loud and noisy. Must be able to stand continuously for a majority of the shift. May work with arms raised and low work with back and/or knees bent frequently. Must communicate effectively with fellow team members, supervisors, and technicians to ensure coordinated efforts. The position requires flexibility. Must also be available to work different shifts, including weekend work.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must be able to drive a lift truck
• Must collect trash throughout facility, place in dumpster and dispose of in designated location
• Must gather and bail stretch film
• Clean break areas inside and out
• Responsible for maintaining 5S standards throughout plant, including ordering replacement items, painting locations, etc
• Must sweep DC
• Must drive floor sweeper and scrubber as necessary
• Must sort and remove bad/broken pallets, weighing up to 50 pounds each
• Load excess tike horns onto trailer
• Frequent lifting, pulling, pushing, squatting, and bending.
• Must obtain lift truck license within one week of accepting the position if not already licensed
• Overtime maybe required.
• Sweep and mop all floors, strip and wax as needed
• Clean restrooms
• Clean office areas
