We take pride in our community and are looking for a dependable, hard-working, part-time Maintenance Associate to become part of our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants part-time, weekday hours with bonus opportunities. What You'll Do You'll work alongside our Property Manager and Maintenance Manager to help keep the community and homes in excellent condition. Responsibilities include completing work orders, assisting with home turnovers, and maintaining community appearance.

Typical duties include:

Light plumbing repairs Flooring installation and repair Drywall repair Basic electrical repairs Roof and deck repairs Interior and exterior painting Lawn care and weed removal Trash and debris cleanup General maintenance and repair tasks What We're Looking For 2+ years of maintenance, construction, or renovation experience 20 hours per week, flexible schedule (approved with Maintenance Manager) Ability to use smartphone apps and take clear photos for work documentation Valid driver's license (required) High school diploma or equivalent (required) Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Benefits & Perks ✅ Performance-based maintenance bonus program ✅ Paid time off after 90-day introductory period ✅ Seven paid holidays per year ✅ Bonus pay opportunities ✅ Supportive team environment If you're dependable, motivated, and ready to join a team that values hard work and professionalism, we'd love to hear from you.
