Responsibilities:

• Checks heating and air conditioning equipment for proper operation
• Makes minor repair to buildings; Building equipment and furniture; mows lawns and performs general yard work; cleans snow in winter months; ensures proper care in the use & maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices

Experience:

• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or custodial work preferred
• Knowledge of industrial and commercial cleaning techniques
• Familiarity with floor care equipment such as buffers and carpet cleaners
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
