What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Job Overview:
This position is a part-time float position, 12-15 hours a week; Monday/Wednesday/Friday. We have multiple locations in Toledo and the surrounding area that we service. If you wanted more hours they are available. Must have transportation, 2 buildings in one evening beginning at 5:30 PM. The locations of the buildings being serviced are: Perrysburg- W. South Boundary St./N. Dixie Hwy, 43551 Maumee
- Monclova Rd/475, 43537
Duties:
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed
- Follow established safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Adhere to company policies and regulations regarding cleanliness and hygiene
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning/janitorial/floor tech is mandatory
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
