Hours:

Approximately 30-40 hours per week, depending on the scheduled cleaning route. Monday-Friday, daytime hours, with an 8:00 AM start. No nights, weekends, or holidays. Super Maids Cleaning Services LLC is hiring a Residential Cleaning Team Lead in Milford, Ohio. We're looking for an experienced cleaner who takes pride in their work, communicates respectfully, and can help a small team complete quality cleans on schedule. You'll clean alongside the team while coordinating tasks, checking completed work, and helping train employees. Schedule Monday-Friday, daytime hours. Report to our Milford office at 8:00 AM. Finish times vary with the scheduled route. No nights, weekends, or holidays. Responsibilities Perform maintenance, deep, and move-in/out cleaning in clients' homes. Follow cleaning checklists and client instructions. Coordinate tasks and keep the team on schedule. Check completed work and address missed items before leaving. Train employees in our cleaning methods and procedures. Collect client payments and keys when assigned and return them to the management mailbox. Keep supplies and equipment organized. Drive between the office and clients' homes when assigned. Report damage, supply needs, delays, and unresolved concerns to the owner promptly. Give clear, respectful feedback and handle disagreements professionally. Qualifications Professional residential cleaning experience. Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle available for assigned work travel. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Strong attention to detail and time management. Ability to perform active cleaning work, including bending, reaching, using stairs, and carrying supplies. Previous experience training or leading coworkers preferred. The owner will provide training in our company's cleaning standards and team lead procedures.
