Administrative Support Manager Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Associate to maintain cleanliness and order throughout our office, warehouse, and surrounding facilities. This role plays a key part in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our team and visitors. Key Responsibilities Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors and stairs Clean and sanitize restrooms Maintain cleanliness of break rooms including sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas Empty and sanitize trash receptacles and replace liners Dust and wipe down desks and furniture (when surfaces are clear) Clean interior windows and windowsills Keep janitorial closets clean, organized, and safe Maintain janitorial equipment in safe and operable condition Properly label, dilute, and use cleaning chemicals Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times Perform basic exterior grounds maintenance as needed Restock supplies in designated storage areas Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Six (6) months or more of janitorial or related experience preferred Basic knowledge of cleaning products, or willingness to learn Skills & Abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively Works well independently and as part of a team Committed to maintaining a clean and safe environment Join our team as a Janitorial Associate and help us ensure a clean, comfortable, and professional environment every day.
