TNTs ideal candidate is energetic, fun, exhibits a positive attitude, dependable, trustworthy, always looking for ways to better a process, is relationship-focused, and demonstrates they can troubleshoot issues on demand. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply now. For all duties included but not limited to: Manages the day-to-day operations of the drive through truck wash. After completing comprehensive training, safely fill, handle, and replenish cleaning agents in accordance with company procedures and safety requirements Administer and modify staffing plans to meet labor standard target and mentor, train direct reports and hold them accountable, clocking in/out of time clock. Ensure QB invoicing process is completed accurately. Inspect work of direct reports to ensure quality standards are met, including customer satisfaction, housekeeping of facilities interior & facility grounds. Inspect and supply the tools needed to operate. Ensure compliance with all processes and policies, including the uniform policy. Required to work the hours needed to meet the career objectives of goals set, the position requires timeliness and no attendance issues. Complies with all company and Federal/State/Local Laws, including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). With the ability to read and write English. This role is physically demanding and requires endurance-based work, including prolonged and repeated: Lifting (up to 50 lbs) Bending, twisting, standing Climbing, crawling, reaching Pulling, pushing, and crouching
