As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of cleaning tasks with precision, efficiency, and attention to detail, ensuring every space meets our high standards of cleanliness. Your dedication will contribute to creating healthy, attractive spaces that leave a positive impression on visitors and staff alike. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting all designated areas to ensure a spotless environment. Conduct detailed floor care procedures such as buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain pristine flooring surfaces. Utilize carpet cleaning equipment and techniques to remove stains, dirt, and debris from various types of carpets and upholstery. Maintain janitorial supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels and requesting replenishments as needed to ensure uninterrupted service. Follow established safety protocols and environmental guidelines during all cleaning activities to promote a healthy workspace. Execute specialized custodial tasks such as window washing, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and surface disinfection with precision. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold facility standards. Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers, carpet extractors, and related equipment safely and effectively. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards across diverse spaces. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts. Familiarity with environmental services regulations and safety procedures is advantageous. Reliable work ethic with excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
