This vital role supports the smooth operation of our culinary and sanitation services, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for food service, strong cleaning skills, and a proactive attitude to assist with meal preparation, kitchen maintenance, and overall cleanliness. Duties Morning Restaurant cleanliness including sweeping, moping and vacuuming Washing dishes Assist with basic food preparation and meal assembly, following established recipes and safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including counters, appliances, utensils, and storage spaces Support food handling procedures to ensure proper hygiene and safety standards are met Help with dishwashing, sanitation of cookware, and waste disposal to uphold cleanliness standards Support catering and food service activities as needed during meal times or special events Organize kitchen supplies and ensure proper storage of ingredients and utensils Follow all food safety protocols, including proper knife skills and handling techniques Experience Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial work a plus, but not required Experience in food preparation, dishwashing, or event setup is highly advantageous Reliability with attendance and timeliness is highly important Previous kitchen experience in the food industry or catering/event setup will help you succeed in this role

Pay:

$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
