Ohio Janitorial Solutions, LLC is seeking a candidate for part-time work as a Janitor, 15-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday for in Tiffin, Ohio . Responsibilities include daily cleaning and maintaining restrooms, breakrooms, offices and common spaces such as stairs/corridors and entrances. The qualified individual must have experience cleaning and maintaining a commercial facility, and knowledge for cleaning best practices. A clean background check and drug test are required, with regular testing as called for. Responsibilities Daily restroom sanitation, office cleaning, floor cleaning, general cleaning tasks. Manage a schedule to stay on time and on task. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, solutions and supplies. Keep closets organized and tidy. Good communication with management. Must be able to work well with others. Must meet company standards for regular facility reviews. Notify Management of any deficiencies or maintenance issues that are outside the scope. Follow all health and safety regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in similar commercial janitorial work with references. Floor care expertise is highly desired. Requirements Ability to handle heavy-duty cleaning equipment; bend, twist, lift up to 50 lbs. A positive can-do attitude, good work ethic and the integrity to do the right thing. Punctuality and reliability are an absolute must. Call-offs must be made well in advance of any missed work. Must pass a local, state and federal background check. Must pass a drug test.
