We are looking for a dependable Janitorial team member to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace throughout our manufacturing facilities. The Role A clean facility does not happen by accident. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping offices, restrooms, break rooms, common areas, and production spaces clean and orderly while also supporting industrial housekeeping throughout the shop. This is not a position where you sweep one area all day. You may clean around machinery, remove production debris, empty material hoppers, operate floor-cleaning equipment, move throughout multiple areas of the facility, and help with basic facility or housekeeping needs as they arise. You will work both indoors and outdoors and should expect normal manufacturing conditions including heat, cold, noise, dust, grease, oil, and dirt. The right person takes pride in cleanliness, notices when something is not up to standard, and does not need someone constantly pointing out what needs attention.
