Clean Team Inc. Position Overview Clean Team Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Side Lead to help oversee evening cleaning operations in Troy, OH. This is a working leadership position responsible for ensuring quality service, supporting team members, maintaining client satisfaction, and keeping all assigned facilities clean, safe, and presentable. The Site Lead plays a critical role in coordinating daily operations, conducting inspections, training employees, and providing coverage for call-offs or vacancies. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced cleaner, janitorial supervisor, custodial lead, facilities coordinator, or team leader who enjoys leading by example and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
