This is a working leadership position responsible for ensuring quality service, supporting team members, maintaining client satisfaction, and keeping all assigned facilities clean, safe, and presentable. The Site Lead plays a critical role in coordinating daily operations, conducting inspections, training employees, and providing coverage for call-offs or vacancies.
