AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to immediately hire to fill the role of a Full-time Sanitation Worker working 2nd shift Monday - Friday at the Culinary Support Center in Warren, OH. Duties & Responsibilities:

Understand all aspects of the sanitation and pest control programs Maintain the formal SSOP for all equipment cleaning processes in our Culinary Support Center Ensure proper logging, swabbing, testing, general sanitation and adherence to strict safety protocols Use safety equipment and cleaning tools to ensure team member safety. Ensure compliance in regard to applicable regulatory authority. Have the ability to titrate chemicals Help inspect equipment after cleaning to ensure proper cleaning and that sanitation is completed. Direct re-cleaning of equipment if necessary Complete post cleaning checklist in accordance with the

Sanitation Policy Requirements:

3 or more years minimum related experience and/or training preferred. Sanitation experience preferred ServSafe certification preferred but not required Knowledge of the rules and regulations that govern the foodservice industry Excellent organizational and time management skills
