What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Janitorial Supervisor Summit Building Services is looking for an experienced supervisor to grow with our team. You will be working 30-40 hours a week with a varying schedule, Monday through Saturday, starting after 5pm. This position supports client sites in Warrensville Heights, Macedonia, Independence, Solon, and the surrounding areas. Starting pay rate is $19.50 per hour and includes PTO, health insurance, mileage reimbursement, and bonus opportunities. You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work and be able to pass drug test and background check.
