A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

Industrial Cleaner / Pressure Washer We currently have an opening for a basement operations specialist in Wooster. This is an industrial building and would require running a pressure washer for the majority of your shift. This position requires work safety shoes to work inside of the building. You will be reimbursed for their purchase after providing the receipt. 30 hours weekly : Monday - Friday, 8am - 2pm
Pay:
$ 17.00 hourly You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work and be able to a pass drug test and background check. If you have experience in housekeeping, environmental services, commercial cleaning, or janitorial services we encourage you to apply!
Job Duties Include:

Pressure Wash:
Clean basement area of manufacturing facility using softwash and pressure washing methods 2. Maintain equipment and order supplies 3.
Maintain organization of assigned areas:
Includes keeping clean and dirty laundry separate and keeping the janitor's closet clean 4. Use the communication book to request consumables and share relevant facility information 5. Communicates with
Area Manager:
Regarding timekeeping, supplies, client requests, and other relevant issues or concerns 6. Perform additional duties as assigned
