Email Print Job Description Back to the Garden Cleaning is seeking to hire commercial and residential cleaners, for multiple locations across Mahoning County. Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced commercial cleaners to join our team. Our cleaners are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various settings and this position requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas Empty trash receptacles and replace liners Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished Follow established safety procedures and guidelines Adhere to company policies and regulations
Skills:
Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning required Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team Good time management skills Must be able to lift 20lbs Must be able to use own car Must be able to pass reference check, drug test, and background check
Additional Details:
No experience required. Acceptable related experience in commercial cleaning, residential cleaning, and / or janitorial experience preferred, but not required. Rotating shifts depending on worksite.
Night shift:
20 hours per week, 3:30pm to 9pm Day shift: 15-20 hours per week, between 9am and 4pm
Days:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Benefits:

Hourly Wage:
