•after breakfast is concluded the breakfast attendant will then go into the laundry department and assist housekeeping with laundry End time is anywhere from 1p all the way until 4p

•Depends on the needs of housekeeping and what linen is still needed.

Responsibilities Prepare and serve breakfast items with attention to presentation, quality, and food safety sanitizing procedures Assist guests with in-person customer service, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience during breakfast hours Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food preparation activities Handle laundry duties by sorting, washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and uniforms according to established procedures Ensure all laundry processes adhere to food safety management standards to prevent cross-contamination Process cash transactions accurately at the breakfast service area using POS systems Follow manual handling protocols when lifting or moving heavy linens or equipment to prevent injury Maintain the cleanliness of laundry facilities by regularly sanitizing machines and work areas Support catering or banquet events if required, assisting with food setup or linen arrangements as needed Skills Prior experience in fine dining or food industry environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety sanitizing procedures Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and inventory counts Knowledge of wine pairing or beverage service is a plus for enhancing guest experience Experience with POS systems for order processing and payments Familiarity with food handling regulations and safety standards in hospitality settings Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including weight handling in the workplace Previous restaurant, culinary, catering, or banquet experience is advantageous for this role Join us in creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional breakfast service and meticulous laundry operations. $13.00
