Job Description

The Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning Technician is responsible for safely and efficiently performing exterior cleaning services in Ada. Qualifications
  • Previous commercial pressure washing, window cleaning, or property maintenance experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively with a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
  • Trustworthy, punctual, and highly dependable for all scheduled shifts (including early morning or overnight shifts to avoid disrupting client business hours).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
  • Physical stamina and comfort working at heights (for window washing) and in various outdoor weather conditions.
  • Strong customer service skills when interacting with property managers, tenants, or the public. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, organize, and secure all equipment, tools, and supplies in company vehicles and trailers.
  • Perform daily inspection of all equipment before work, including checking engine oil, fuel levels, water supply, hoses, fittings, trailers, and look for leaks or mechanical issues.
  • Verify adequate water supply and proper equipment function before each job.
  • Safely operate commercial pressure washing and professional window cleaning equipment.
  • Clean surfaces including concrete, sidewalks, driveways, buildings, trash cans, benches, windows, and other exterior surfaces.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards.
  • Properly roll hoses, clean equipment, and store tools before leaving each job site.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Report damaged equipment, safety concerns, or maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately.
  • Review daily work orders, communicate with management, and complete assigned tasks.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Maintain professional appearance and courteous customer service.
  • Operate, maintain, and safely transport commercial-grade pressure washers, surface cleaners, water reclamation systems, and chemical application equipment.
  • Perform deep cleaning of parking lots, parking garages, driveways, sidewalks, and entryways, effectively removing oil stains, gum, tire marks, dirt, and debris.
  • Execute professional exterior and interior window cleaning utilizing squeegees, water-fed poles, and specialized glass-cleaning solutions.
  • Assess surfaces prior to washing to select the correct pressure settings, nozzle tips, and cleaning agents (biodegradable detergents, degreasers, etc.) to prevent property damage.
  • Set up safety perimeters, including caution tape and wet floor signs, to protect pedestrians, vehicles, and landscaping during operations.
  • Perform routine pre- and post-operation equipment inspections; troubleshoot and report any mechanical issues immediately.
  • Document completed jobs with before-and-after photos and report any existing property damage to the supervisor before starting work.
  • Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines, environmental regulations regarding wastewater runoff, and company safety protocols. Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Ability to work up to 10 hours per day/shift
  • Requires the physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing a minimum of 40 lbs. or more (hoses, ladders, pressure washing units).
  • Requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, and climbing ladders and perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time.
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and light rain.
  • Exposure to wet environments, loud equipment noise, and safely handle cleaning chemical cleaning solutions and operate commercial cleaning equipment. (If appropriate Personal Protective Equipment/PPE is needed it will be provided and must be worn). Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Reliable attendance, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic, professional attitude, and excellent customer service skills.
  • This position requires working at residential, commercial, and industrial properties with exposure to weather and equipment noise.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

$18.00 per hour
