The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, including, commercial, and industrial environments. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facility, ensuring that all areas are safe, clean, and welcoming for employees and visitors alike.

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK

Responsibilities Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms including urinals and toilets, break rooms, and common areas by regularly cleaning and restocking supplies. Carry out commercial cleaning tasks in compliance with safety standards. Monitor building security by checking doors and windows after hours. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment to maintain a safe working environment. Flexible hours Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings. Friday shift can be performed on Friday evening or anytime over the weekend. Shift is approxamatly 2 hours per evening. Possibility of more hours going forward at other accounts. Requirements Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles helpful but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleaning standards. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
