A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Key responsibilities include vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping and mopping common areas, and addressing spills or additional requests promptly. This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday, from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM. We value attention to detail, reliability, and integrity. Pay will be discussed after viewing the building.
