We are looking for a dependable part-time Janitor, or custodian, to take care of one or more buildings and carry out cleaning, maintenance and security duties, and who is interested in advancement in the company. THIS IS NOT A DAYTIME

Job. Must be able to work evenings after 5:30 p.m. This is NOT a full-time position. Part-time evenings only. If you are dependable, have a clean record with no criminal convictions, we are interested in having you as a member of our team. Responsibilities Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Make adjustments and minor repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills - The following skills are a plus, but are not required to apply Proven working experience as a janitor. We will train persons with minimal experience. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity and ability to work independently
