Earl Deans Home Services is a new and growing local company based in Lawton, OK, focused on residential cleaning and home services. We're looking for a dependable, hard-working individual to join us as our first team member. This is a part-time 1099 contractor role with strong potential to grow into a full-time position and eventually a leadership role as the company expands.

What You'll Be Doing:

Residential house cleaning (standard + deep cleaning) Move-out and Airbnb cleaning Carpet cleaning Window cleaning General home service tasks as needed

Pay:

$15/hour starting with tips Opportunity for bonuses as business grows Fast advancement potential for the right person

Requirements:

Must have reliable transportation Must be dependable and show up on time Must be willing to do both interior cleaning AND exterior work Comfortable working on ladders (for gutters) Strong attention to detail Good attitude and work ethic Preferred (but not required): House cleaning experience Hotel housekeeping experience Experience with power washing or exterior work
