You must be detail oriented, have great time management skills, and strong customer service skills. Team leads lead a team of one to two people to complete 2 to 3 houses per day. Team leads may occasionally work solo on jobs as well. Must have reliable transportation and be insured to drive. Team leads drive their own vehicles to and from Jobs. Must be available Monday Thru Friday from 7:45 to approximately 3 PM. Weekends jobs and evening jobs may also be available to you. We train you! We train new employees on our 5 step cleaning system that ensures quality. We need people with positive attitudes, that are willing to learn, and work well with others.
