Cleaning Technician (Part-Time)

We're a locally owned cleaning company serving Shawnee, Oklahoma , and nearby communities. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy staying active and take pride in delivering excellent results. We understand life is busy, so we strive to offer flexible scheduling and a positive work environment where every team member is appreciated. What You'll Be Doing As a Cleaning Technician, you'll help keep our clients' homes clean, comfortable, and inviting. Most of our work is residential cleaning, with occasional move-out cleanings and light commercial cleaning projects. You'll typically work as part of a team of two or three technicians while traveling to different job sites throughout the day. We Provide Training No professional cleaning experience? That's okay! We're happy to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn. We'll provide the tools, supplies, and guidance you need to become a successful member of our team. Position Details Part-time position Starting pay of $14.00 per hour Approximately 10-20 hours per week to start, with opportunities for additional hours as business grows Monday through Friday Typical shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM In-person position serving Shawnee and surrounding areas What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Strong attention to detail Ability to work well with others Comfortable performing physical work throughout the day Excellent customer service and communication skills Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites Ability to travel between multiple cleaning locations during the workday Benefits Flexible scheduling Paid training Friendly and supportive team environment
