As a Janitor II, you play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the office space, supporting a productive workplace for staff and visitors alike. Qualifications:

No formal degree required. 2 years minimum custodial experience Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently and thoroughly. Respectful, reliable, and independent worker with a strong work ethic. Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Familiarity with cleaning supplies and equipment is a plus. Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols. Good communication skills and a respectful attitude.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Clear cobwebs and insect debris from exit signs, air vents, corners, and lights. Damp wipe tops of filing cabinets, tables, and bookcases. Disinfect all phones and copier exterior surfaces. Disinfect door knobs and light switches. Empty all trash cans, replace liners, and deposit trash into the outdoor dumpster. Dust mop and wet mop all tiled floors. Vacuum interior floor mats at front and back doors. Sweep exterior door mats outside front and back doors. Disinfect toilets, sinks, mirrors, and door handles in restrooms. Restock toilet paper, paper towels, and soap as needed. Disinfect sinks and damp wipe countertops in the kitchenette, including microwaves. Wipe down conference tables and disinfect both sides of privacy glass in the lobby. Clean inside of all office windows and wipe down window sills monthly. Damp wipe desk surfaces if cleared off by staff. Why Work for
