We're looking for a hardworking, reliable person to join our gutter cleaning crew! This is a hands-on job where you'll be outside, working on homes and businesses, cleaning gutters, removing leaves and debris, and helping make sure each job is done right. What You'll Be Doing Cleaning out gutters and downspouts Using ladders and basic tools Hauling and cleaning up leaves and debris Helping load and unload equipment Keeping the work area clean when the job is finished Working with the rest of the crew to get jobs done safely and efficiently Being friendly and respectful to our customers and their property Letting the crew lead know if you notice any gutter or exterior issues What We're Looking For You don't need years of experience. We can teach you the job. We're mainly looking for someone who: Shows up on time and is dependable Is willing to work hard Is comfortable working outside Is okay with being on ladders and working at heights Can lift, carry, bend, and stay active throughout the day Works well with others Pays attention to what they're doing Takes pride in doing a good job Has a good attitude and is willing to learn Previous experience with gutters, landscaping, roofing, pressure washing, or other outdoor work is a plus, but not required .
